1. Processing Time
All orders are handmade and processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
During holidays or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Information
Orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) unless you select another option at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lil Diva’s Soapery is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
3. Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Once USPS (or other chosen carrier) confirms delivery, we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.
4. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are handmade and personal in nature:
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to health and safety regulations.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at LilDivasSoapery@outlook.com.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
We will happily provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
6. Allergies & Product Use
Please review ingredient lists carefully before use.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of our products.
Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
